Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of ForexInspector (the "Site"), operated by its owner ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by creating an account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. By using the Site you represent that you meet that requirement.

2. What ForexInspector is (and is not)

ForexInspector is a site for independent information and analysis about trading Expert Advisors (EAs), forex/CFD brokers and VPS services. We analyze each product with a public algorithm and with data from public sources (regulator registries, official pages, signals, reviews, etc.).

ForexInspector is NOT a financial, investment, legal or tax advisor, nor an intermediary, broker or agent. Nothing published — scores, verdicts, flags, rankings or comments — constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hire or use any EA, broker or VPS, nor advice of any kind.

3. What our scores and verdicts mean

Our score and verdicts are an opinion generated by an algorithm over public data, and they measure legitimacy and transparency (regulation, fund safety, advertising honesty, review integrity, etc.). They do not measure or predict profitability or future results. A high score does not mean a product will make you money, nor does a low score mean you will necessarily lose.

4. Risk warning

Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products is extremely high risk and can result in the total loss of your capital. Expert Advisors can fail, stop working or generate losses. Past results do not guarantee future results. Any decision to trade, invest, buy an EA or open an account with a broker is solely yours and at your own risk. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

5. License to use and restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or resell our analysis, scores, texts or database.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated means to extract data from the Site.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to access non-public code or data.
• Overload or interfere with the Site's infrastructure.

6. Accuracy of information and right of reply

We make our best effort to use correct, up-to-date data, but information may contain errors, be outdated or change without notice. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. If you are responsible for a broker, EA or VPS and believe a data point is incorrect, you may request its correction by providing the source, writing to corrections@forexinspector.com (right of reply).

7. Comments and user content

Registered users may leave reviews and ratings ("User Content"). Each user is solely responsible for what they post. By posting, you grant ForexInspector a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and perpetual license to display, reproduce, adapt and distribute that content in connection with the Site.

It is prohibited to post false, defamatory or libelous content, spam, advertising, bought or coordinated reviews (astroturfing), third parties' personal data, illegal content or content that infringes rights. It is also prohibited to impersonate another person, broker or entity. We moderate content (including with automated systems), but we do not guarantee or endorse users' opinions, which do not represent our position. We may edit, reject or remove any content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.

8. User accounts

To comment you need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential, as well as for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or that are used fraudulently.

9. Affiliate links

Some links to brokers are affiliate links: if you open an account through them, ForexInspector may receive a commission. This is at no additional cost to you.

10. Third-party services and sites

The Site analyzes and links to third-party products and sites (brokers, EAs, VPS, platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for those products, services or content, nor for the relationship you establish with them. Any sign-up, deposit or trade is made directly with the third party, under its own terms and at your own risk.

11. Intellectual property

The analysis, texts, design and code of the Site are the property of ForexInspector. The trademarks, logos and names of the brokers, EAs, VPS and platforms mentioned belong to their respective owners; their use is solely for identification, analysis and review purposes.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors or interruptions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForexInspector and its owners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, the published information, User Content, or decisions made based on them, including losses from trading, hiring a broker/VPS or using an EA. As use of the Site is free, in any case our total liability shall not exceed USD 100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to hold ForexInspector and its owners harmless against claims, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content or your breach of these Terms.

15. Availability and changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, with no liability to you.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the Terms in force.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory rule of your country of residence provides otherwise.

18. General provisions

If any clause is declared invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to exercise a right does not imply its waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours.
